Cabbage Rolls
6 cabbage leaves
1 pound ground beef
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons potato starch
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon. nutmeg
2 cups boiling salted water
Boil the cabbage in salted boiling water for 2 minutes
and drain well.. Mix the ground beef with salt and potato starch and gradually add milk
and season with pepper, ginger and nutmeg.
